Moline Hotel Reservations Policies

Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6 p.m., local time. If the guest does not arrive by the specified time, the room may be given to another guest without any further obligation to the guest making the original reservation. A guest may guarantee a reservation using a valid American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover credit card. If the guest does not check into the hotel and fails to cancel the reservation before 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the property may bill the guest for one nights' lodging.
Use of debit cards for a reservation may result in a debit to your account for the length of the reservation prior to arrival. The property will not be responsible for any insufficient funds charges to the guest's debit card.
Reservations may be guaranteed without a credit card with a cash deposit for a reservation. The amount required shall be the rate for one night's stay regardless of the guest's intended length of stay. The deposit must be mailed within 7 days of making the reservation. 72 hours notice is required for cancellations for the guest to receive a refund of their deposit. For special events, the property may require up to the full amount of the rental as a deposit.
Any additional conditions to a deposit refund must be given in writing at the time the deposit is confirmed or acknowledged. Credit cards or checks may be used for advance deposits. For groups, (10 or more rooms) the deposit is the total of one nights' stay for each group room reserved regardless of the length of stay. The group must send the deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
